Step 4: Navigate to the Reimbursement Section

• Go to the “Reimbursement” tab and select “Submit Reimbursement.”

Step 5: Complete the Form

• Choose the expense type, enter the purchase details, and upload your receipts.
• Review the information for accuracy, then click “Submit.”

Step 6: Track Your Request and Receive Your Reimbursement

• Monitor the status of your request in your account.
• Respond promptly if additional information is requested.
• Contact KEEP support if you need any assistance.
